First Look: New approach to liquid biopsy catches cancer cells on cusp of metastasis

The ability to gauge whether a tumor cell is on the cusp of metastasis could be a crucial help to doctors and patients.

And researchers from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts say they’re close to achieving that.
