WASHINGTON – A coalition of public interest groups Wednesday sued the Trump administration to block an executive order that directs federal agencies to repeal two regulations for every new one they issue.

The plaintiffs, Public Citizen, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the Communications Workers of America, filed suit in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
