WASHINGTON — The latest Republican plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, which leaked out Thursday, would target the health care law’s tax on drug makers.
It’s not terribly surprising. The GOP has long pledged to undo all of the law’s taxes, and the tax was repealed as part of the test-run bill Republicans passed in 2015.
