A scheduled House vote on the ACA replacement bill
Criticism has rained down on the Republican health care plan since it was released two weeks ago. But GOP leaders are optimistic enough that they can pass the bill, the American Health Care Act, that they scheduled a floor vote in the House for Thursday. That’s seven years to the day that the bill it would replace, the Affordable Care Act, was signed into law by former President Obama.
