No one seems to like drug companies these days, whether because their products are too expensive, their leaders are overpaid, or their marketing is sometimes less than legal.

“The sentiment out there is incredibly negative,” said Eric Emel of the advertising firm VML. “If it’s not Bernie Sanders, it’s Donald Trump. And if it’s not one of those two, it’s Heather Bresch or Martin Shkreli.”
