Millions of people get a boost in the morning from a cup of coffee. But one kind of instant coffee — promising an extra special boost — was found to be tainted with prescription erectile dysfunction medication and now may be linked to a person’s death.
A Dallas-based distributor of the coffee issued a recall notice on Thursday that said an individual, who is not identified, died after using the coffee, without saying whether it was a direct factor in the death.
