Here’s a high-confidence biotech prediction for 2018: Ampio Pharmaceuticals (AMPE) will not win approval for its osteoarthritis drug candidate Ampion because saline is just as effective.

In recent weeks, Ampio CEO Michael Macaluso has also told investors the company is garnering takeover interest from multiple pharma companies. This, too, will not happen.

  • Here is a very inexpensive solution that enhances the natural neutriant supply process to the or any similar type of joint. All you have to do is send the joint sideways to open the space created by the loss of cartilage. This causes plasma to flow into the opening. For my right knee I lock my right ankle to my left foot instep. With my legs straight I press my knees towards each other for 5 seconds. I then flex my knee several times to mix the plasma with the synovial fluid. I repeat this about 5 times until there is a slight bulge at the base of the patella. I do this twice a day and have been since Feb. last year.
I have cancelled my inplant and can now apply full force on my right leg when skiing and biking.
There is still space in the joint, some growing pains and no bone rubbing contact. But progressively less. This is a slow fix and may take another year but only a couple minutes a day. I was gentle for the first few months but gradually started increasing the load. Seams like cartilage growth we all know that is impossible.
What I’m doing is increasing the food supply to my knee by about 100 times. My background is in mechanical engineering.

  • 1. this gentleman(lol) adam feurstein is NOT qualified or objective imo
    2. his posts and timing are suspicious to say the least
3.he has been on a crusade against AMPIO for years, and other small bio companies too.
4.he should be careful not to be the target of possible lawsuits
5.he has leaked his articles in advance imo.

  • Why would any company spends years and millions and multi stage tests to be rejected by FDA. Stage 3 already pass FDA requirements. Just admit you had to cover your shorts so you rigged the market.

  • AF has no education in medicine or finance. A simple check and you can findout his education and where he works and resides. He has pumped out many false claims and I’m going to lookinto if his false story can be linked to any transactions that can show collusion!

  • This bogus blog is supporting an outright erroneous, fake news fabrication that is not based on any fact or substantiated source. This lie was perpetrated by a liar named Adam Feuerstein who is a hedge fund conspirator who made a completely fabricated statement about Ampio to scare investors so that they would sell their stocks and he and his funds can buy into Ampion at a lower cost. The truth is, Ampio aced the FDA’s Phase 3 Study – 74% of the study participants reported at 54% decrease in pain. Well above the 30% needed to pass the study. Ampio is a breakthrough product for what the FDA has classified an “unmet medical need.” Do not listen to lies about Ampio. Do your own research. Ampio will be a medical miracle for OAK pain sufferers and a financial windfall for shareholders of Ampion Pharmaceuticals or for the big Pharma corporation that buys or partners with Ampion in this endeavor.

  • You are an outright liar and thief. Nothing contained in this statement is truth or based on any real information. You have stolen shares from uninformed shareholders who read your garbage and panicked. You should be locked up for manipulating the stock market you thief!!

  • That’s a bold statement. Did you review the study? They’ve proven it’s more effective than saline. What if you’re wrong? All hot gas.

  • As a rheumatologist, I totally agree with your comments. If they compared compared Ampion to IA steroids, I believer it would be inferior.
