The only type 1 diabetes-focused venture firm has a new dealmaker. Dr. Steven St. Peter will join the JDRF T1D Fund as a managing director, the fund announced Wednesday morning.
St. Peter previously ran his own venture outfit, Vie Ventures; before that, he was a managing director at MPM Capital. He also founded Aratana Therapeutics, a company that was developing new drugs for pets.
