
WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Wednesday issued a temporary restraining order preventing one of President Trump’s signature drug pricing policies from taking effect.
The policy, which would have capped Medicare reimbursements for certain drugs to the prices paid in other developed countries, was set to take effect on Jan. 1.
We have literally asked Trump to implement international reference pricing on drugs with US government rights in the patents, 56 times, and have been rejected 56 times.
