We started the “First Opinion Podcast” in February 2021 because we knew there was rich, untapped value and perspective in contributors’ First Opinion essays and thought we could share it with a new audience through in-depth conversations.
Now, a little under one year and 43 conversations later, the podcast team is proud of what we’ve only just begun. Again and again, guests have moved us with their candor, emotional storytelling, and wit. We are also delighted to have developed a loyal audience, listeners we love to hear from.
To celebrate the final episode of 2021, host Pat Skerrett sat down with producer Theresa Gaffney to look back at some of the year’s most memorable moments, both on- and off-the-record.
The “First Opinion Podcast” is taking a break for the first two months of 2022, with just one episode a month, but we’ll be back to the weekly schedule in March.
