Display ad units rotate across the STAT site homepage, section-fronts, and article pages

All display ad units support 3rd party ad tags and 1×1 tracking pixels if requested. Client must provide STAT ad operations department with access to the 3rd party tracking server metrics for reporting and billing purposes.
Display ad creatives with a white or light grey background require a border
STAT uses Google Ad Manager for ad trafficking
