The Federal Trade Commission settled claims Endo International violated antitrust laws by reaching pay-to-delay agreements with rivals to thwart competition. The agency also filed complaints against Watson Laboratories, its former parent Allergan, and Impax Laboratories over deals that delayed the release of generic versions of the Lidoderm and Opana ER pain relievers in order to maintain a monopoly.
