Good morning, everyone, and nice to see you again after our extended break over the past few days. We accomplished our mission just in time to return to a blizzard, of all things. Already, the Pharmalot campus is enveloped in mounds of puffy snow, which is pleasant to watch but not to remove. And so, you guessed it, we are fortifying ourselves with cups of stimulation. The Food and Drug Administration is considering establishing an Office of Patient Affairs to support and coordinate patient engagement across the agency, Regulatory Focus tells us. The office would be part of efforts to develop a way to communicate with patients, particularly online, and comes amid growing criticism that the agency remains unresponsive to certain patient concerns.
