Perrigo chief executive officer John Hendrickson plans to retire, slightly more than a year after he got the top job, Reuters writes. A specific date was not announced. Over the past year, the company has largely disappointed investors, reduced its earnings forecast due to pressure on its generic drugs business, and recently gave activist hedge fund Starboard Value board representation. In February, chief financial officer Judy Brown stepped down.
