Alexion Pharmaceuticals is under investigation by the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Bloomberg News reports, and the probe is related to its support for charities that aid Medicare patients, which is being investigated by the U.S. Attorney in Massachusetts. Alexion was recently caught in a scandal in which management pressured employees to convince customers to order drugs to meet financial targets.

A former employee of Martin Shkreli’s hedge fund revealed how the fund “imploded” from a failed stock trade in February 2011 and left him depressed CNBC says. “Martin … [was] just slumped in his chair, his hoodie up, and depressed in a way I had never seen before. When the firm had imploded, all that energy just sort of deflated,” said Caroline Stewart. “Everything was quiet. The lights were not turned on. People stopped coming into work.”
