The Novartis (NVS) unit in Korea is embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal, Korea Biomedical Review confides. A male employee recently reported to the company that his female boss sexually harassed him by allegedly making excessive physical contacts and sexual comments to him at a dinner that followed a company event. A committee was formed to discuss punishment, but she voluntarily left the drug maker, citing personal circumstances.
