Sanofi (SNY) urged the Philippines to lift the suspension of its dengue vaccine, insisting it was safe, but the government accused the firm of “dishonesty,” The Daily Mail tells us. The vaccine and an immunization program vaccine were suspended after Sanofi warned that Dengvaxia could lead to “severe” symptoms for people who had not previously been infected with dengue.
