The parents of children injected with the Sanofi (SNY) dengue vaccine have filed graft charges against former Philippines President Benigno Aquino III, some of his Cabinet members, and key Sanofi executives, The Inquirer reports. They accused the officials of “knowingly” acting in bad faith when they entered into a deal with Sanofi to purchase Dengvaxia and of “gross inexcusable negligence,” saying they failed to review and assess the vaccine’s effectiveness.
