Following a report last fall that many U.K. universities were doing a poor job of reporting clinical trials results, university officials were warned they have to appear before Parliament if they fail to improve.

In letters sent to more than three dozen universities, the chair of the Science and Technology Committee called it “deeply disappointing” that most of the schools have failed to respond to the report findings, which were released in October. Specifically, most of the institutions still have overdue trials.
