Merck (MRK) chief executive Ken Frazier predicted there will be “legal challenges” if the Trump administration proceeds with plans to institute an International Pricing Index, which would cap what Medicare pays for certain medicines based on prices charged in other countries. “A lot of people have objections to that rule. It’s not just pharmaceutical companies,” he told journalists following a briefing for investors. He also referred to the idea as “price controls.” Earlier this week, Sen.
