A 25-year veteran Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) executive has accused the health care giant of persistent sexual discrimination and harassment, alleging that she subsequently suffered a “ruthless pattern of retaliation” for complaining before ultimately losing her job.
In a lawsuit, former J&J vice president Gina Bilotti claimed that her work environment changed for the worse in 2017 after she began to report to two newly appointed male executives, who allegedly ostracized, marginalized, verbally abused her, and made inappropriate comments. At the time, Bilotti was a vice president for enterprise project management for research and development.
