Areesha Lodhi is a social media intern at STAT. She is a senior at Northwestern University’s branch campus in Qatar, where she is studying journalism and strategic communication. Areesha was born and raised in Lahore, Pakistan, and has been interested in reporting on science, health, and the environment ever since she joined her college paper freshman year. She likes to paint, loves cats, and is always looking for good documentary recommendations.
