Taylyn Washington-Harmon was STAT’s social media editor. She was a 2016 Google News Lab Fellow at Harvard’s Nieman Journalism Lab where she covered media innovation and social media strategy. During her years at Syracuse University, she found her passion for journalism and strategy running an online magazine with her friends and mentoring other student media entrepreneurs. In her free time she enjoys drawing, rooting for the Chicago White Sox, and scouring Boston for her next great cup of coffee.
